Our hands-on classes are the perfect balance between a recreational and an instructional cooking class. We start with a knife skills demo, then use measured out ingredients to execute each of the dishes while being guided by your chef instructor and staff. Each member of your group of 4-5 people will work on different aspects of the meal, this allows us to make this as interactive as possible, while also ensuring that we’re creating a fun, social experience where you can pick up new culinary techniques, cover kitchen safety, and learn how to put together a beautiful meal. Cooking typically lasts between 1.5-2 hours before dropping your aprons to enjoy your hard work around our communal table for a relaxed meal during the final hour.
If the heat of the kitchen isn’t your calling, a seat at our counter sure is! Come and experience a night like nothing else as you witness chefs face off in a multi-course culinary battle; Iron Chef style. Watch as each chef uses mystery ingredients to create an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. You will get a first hand look at every step and then you, the guest, will be the judge getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. Some of our most intimate experiences, you will have a first hand look at the attention to detail that takes place in the back-of-house at the best restaurants. Grab a seat around our counter for one of our Chef’s Table events and indulge as our chefs create a unique multi-course menu before your eyes. Take note of the techniques applied while tasting each dish once it is prepared and presented. Get involved by asking the chef questions about the dishes and sit back and relax as you watch your meal come to life! Our dining events offer an incredible opportunity to eat some of the best, seasonally prepared dishes made by our chefs, with a new menu each time!
