Pupusas, the national dish of El Salvador, are delicious little pockets of masa filled with cheese, meat, and veggies.  In this class, you'll learn the technique of forming and filling pupusas, and then make a variety of accompaniments that make up the "plato típico."  It's a fun, family style meal of mixing and matching!
