    Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch two chefs face off in a 3 course battle, iron chef style. We will provide some light snacks upon arrival then watch as each chef will receive mystery ingredients and be faced the task of creating an appetizer, a main course and a dessert using each of the ingredients. You will get a first hand look at every step and then you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. This format will have all of the ingredients be Italian themed and you'll get to judge how well the chefs work with that theme. You will get a plate of each chef's 3 courses as well! Seating in our open kitchen will be first come first serve with limited counter seating available for an upcharge. Brendan, owner of Viniamo will be pouring 6 wines for everyone to enjoy as well (3-4 oz pours of each) complementary. This night will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else!
