    Cupcake Wars. Sweet Genius. Top Pastry Chef. American Baking Competition. Has your mini pastry chef always wanted to compete on these shows? Every day we will have a friendly baking competition along with making lunch each day. This is a class that runs from August 1st - 5th.  All dishes are nut-free. Your kids safety is of our utmost priority and we're trying to create as safe an environment as we can in our kitchens. The COVID situation will be monitored, and our policy will be updated as needed.  We expect some restrictions to be in place, including but not limited to:
    - Social distancing whenever possible
    - Masks worn indoors (can be provided) and gloves worn when necessary
    - Frequent and regular handwashing with hand sanitizer prevalent in the space
    - Outside only drop off & pickup: Only students allowed inside
    - At least 2 hours a day will be outside, including eating (weather dependent)

    Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch two chefs face off in a 3 course battle, "Iron Chef" style. We will provide some light snacks upon arrival then watch as each chef will receive mystery ingredients and be faced the task of creating an appetizer, a main course and a dessert using each of the ingredients. You will get a first hand look at every step and then you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. You will get a plate of each chef's 3 courses as well! There will be limited counter seating as well as 2nd-row seating available. All party sizes will be a minimum of 2 guests and a max of 6 due to our limited seating so find a group to enjoy the fun with! This night will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else!

    Join us for dinner and a movie on our beautiful rooftop! Doors will open at 7:30 pm and all guests will be served dinner at the beginning of the event. The movie will begin around 8:15 pm (pending sunset). We will have lawn chair seating (chairs provided) as well as table seating (your group will have your own table). Please choose your preferred option from the dropdown. There will be the option to enjoy the movie with just a small popcorn or enjoy a 4 course picnic dinner. All food will be served in to-go boxes to make it easier to eat from and don't forget to BYOB!

EVENT POLICIES

Please note all public classes are designed to be 4 groups of 4. Many of our classes also only allow even numbers due to the way our recipes are designed. Parties of less than 4 will join another group to work together to cook and enjoy the night but that’s part of why our events are so much fun – meeting other people! If you would like your own table, please make sure to select 4 tickets at checkout, that will ensure you have a table to yourself.

Our maximum group size for public classes is 8 guests. This means even if you sign up as 5 parties of 2, you would still be considered a large group of 10 which we can’t accommodate in a public class. If you have 9 or more people, please email us at [email protected] to learn more about our amazing private classes. Although we love having groups join us, it isn’t fair to the other guests in attendance.

For public dinners on our rooftop, we welcome larger parties of up to 12. We ask that parties of 13 or more email us at [email protected] for information on private events or adjusted pricing for larger groups. All groups need to sign up together in order to be seated together.

Please note that any dietary restrictions or allergy accommodations require significant notice and we ask that all guests reach out in advance of buying tickets. We buy ingredients in advance of classes, specifically for how many tickets are purchased, and thus need advanced notice (sometimes as much as 4-5 days) to potentially help modify a menu.

We cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies at CHEF COMPETITIONS. If you or a guest in your party have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we advise you to select a different event that will allow for accommodations. Attending a chef competition is at your own risk and our chefs are not able to ensure this is an allergy friendly event.
