Overview:
Bake, stack, and decorate a snowman-themed red velvet cake from scratch, plus make-your-own pizzas and a salad bar for lunch! Long: Winter break just got a whole lot sweeter! In this full-day intensive, young bakers will make a snowman-themed cake completely from scratch. Our chefs will guide campers through mixing and baking cake layers, whipping up buttercream, and the art of leveling, stacking, and crumb-coating. Then the fun begins: campers will use fondant, piping, and candy details to bring their frosty snowman to life. Midday, campers will make their own pizzas from scratch and build a salad bar for lunch. Each camper takes home their own finished cake.
All camps are 100% nut-free.
All food is included. Camp programming is 10-3pm (with flex drop off at 9:45am and flex pickup at 3:15pm)
