Overview:

Join us for this series where we'll be exploring famous restaurants and famous chefs dishes.   We'll be making food inspired by Momofuku, Dinosaur BBQ, Carbone, and Katz' Deli!  Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics.  Kids will prepare a meal and either eat it outside or take their food home with them. Class is drop off. DATES: Mondays (September 9, 16, 23, 30)
