- Date:Sunday, April 18, 2021 - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Featured Chef: Benjamin Flesch
Overview:
Demystifying fish and seafood cookery. This class covers practical knowledge like buying, storing, and learning how to properly cook fish. Specifically, how to grill and pan-fry fish. Also, learn to clean and cook shrimp and mussels. Our classes are operating with all dining tables being spaced at least 6 feet apart and partitions and dividers may be used as needed. If weather permits, we will offer tables outside for the seated dining portion of the event. The class will be broken up into tables of up to 4 guests. The minimum party size is 2 at this time. Guests who sign up separately in groups smaller than 4 will work together while wearing masks during the prep and cooking portion of the class, but will be seated at separate tables for the dining portion of the event. Guests who would like to ensure their own private prep table must book 4 seats. Please email us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding group sizes. Due to the current public health environment and COVID-19, mask wearing throughout the class will be strictly enforced. All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and receive a written form for contact tracing purposes. In order to participate in the class/event, all guests must register below CDC temperature guidelines and answer "No" to all of the written questions related to recent travel and symptoms related to COVID-19.
