Overview:

For this chef competition, we will be partnering with Happy Valley Meats, who will be providing their locally sourced beef and pork for our mystery ingredients. Happy Valley Meats works with small family farms to give restaurants, institutions and home chefs better access to high quality meat. Check out their website to learn more about what they do to support a regional meat ecosystem. As usual, two of our chefs face off in a 3 course battle, "Iron Chef" style. We will provide some light snacks upon arrival then watch as each chef will receive mystery ingredients and be faced the task of creating an appetizer, a main course and a dessert using each of the ingredients. You will get a first hand look at every step and then you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. You will get a plate of each chef's 3 courses as well! There will be limited counter seating as well as 2nd-row seating available. All party sizes will be a minimum of 2 guests and a max of 6 due to our limited seating so find a group to enjoy the fun with! This night will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else!
