Overview:

Due to popular demand comes our third installation of handmade pasta!  For those who have taken our handmade pasta classes, this new class offers additional variety with bold flavors and more complex pasta types. No prerequisite of Handmade Pasta I or Handmade Pasta II required in order to take this class. This class menu concludes with a delicious Affogato!

  • Parisian Gnocchi with Burst Cherry Tomato Sauce
  • Herb-Laminated Fazzoletti with Lemon Butter Glaze
  • Saffron Orecchiette with Fennel Sausage Ragu
  • Affogato
