Overview:

Delve into dumplings with us! We'll work through making doughs and fillings, and practice the techniques of wrapping various dumpling styles.  You’ll stuff then boil, steam or fry your pillowy pockets and serve them alongside a host of dipping sauces. The hardest part will be waiting to let them cool just enough before digging in!
