If so, join us for an evening celebrating the beautiful city of Bologna by making the infamous "Ravioli di Uova" - the pillowy egg yolk filled ricotta ravioli. We will round out the meal with platters of pork 'bolognese' meatballs and Parmigiano polenta, and finish with sticky sweet balsamic roasted strawberries over creamy gelato. ***Please note this is an advanced class, we ask that all guests cook a fair amount at home****
