Sit back and enjoy as Chef Anne finishes off each dish. This 7-course meal will focus on seasonality and amazing winter flavors. All guests will have direct sight at the chefs cooking and finishing each dish in our open kitchen.   • Marinated Fennel and Celery Salad over Griddled Chickpea Panisse with Brown Butter Mayo
  • Winter Squash and Apple Soup with Pepita Granola and Espresso Whip
  • Risotto Cacio e Pepe with Crispy Brussels Leaves
  • Seared Diver Scallops over Soy Buerre Monte with Savoy Cabbage and Shiitake Mushrooms
