    BAKING TECHNIQUES SUMMER CAMP – 7/6-7/10 (ages 8 – 14)

    Calling all bakers!  In this immersive baking camp, kids will build confidence in the kitchen as they learn new baking skills and techniques each day. Campers will incorporate their baked goods into their lunch daily or make a simple lunch to accompany their baked goods. The majority of the day is spent cooking and baking, balanced with outdoor breaks for snack and lunch. The week concludes with a special finale: each child will bake and decorate a mini cake to take home. Class will run July 6th-10th from 10 am to 3 pm daily. We'll have flexible drop off and pickup to extend the day from 9:45-3:15pm if needed. *Need your kids to stay until 4:15pm?  Add an extended day onto your camp week below* All food is included.     Cupcake Wars. Nailed It!. Top Pastry Chef. Is it Cake?. Has your mini pastry chef always wanted to compete on these shows? Every day we will have 2 friendly baking competitions along with making lunch each day.  Kids will cook and bake for the majority of the day with breaks outside for snack and lunch. Previous experience baking is helpful but not a requirement.  We'll be going over all baking basics before the competitions start.  Kids will work in groups. Class will run July 13th-17th from 10 am to 3 pm daily, with flexible drop-off and pick-up available from 9:45–3:15 PM.

    ‘MAKE YOUR OWN’ ITALIAN RESTAURANT SUMMER CAMP – 7/20 – 7/24 (ages 8 – 14)

    In this immersive culinary camp, kids will step into the role of chefs and restaurateurs as they create their very own Italian restaurant from the ground up. Throughout the week, campers will learn the fundamentals of Italian cooking—fresh pasta, classic sauces, doughs, and traditional techniques—while building essential kitchen skills like knife work, teamwork, and time management.

    Each day, young chefs will prepare Italian-inspired dishes for lunch and practice plating and presentation, just like in a real restaurant. Along the way, they’ll learn about Italian ingredients, regional flavors, and what it takes to run a successful kitchen.

    The week culminates in a special Friday restaurant lunch, where relatives or friends (up to 2 per child) are invited to dine as guests and enjoy a meal entirely prepared by the kids. From cooking to serving, campers will proudly showcase everything they’ve learned in this fun, hands-on finale.

    Class will run July 20th-24th from 10 am to 3 pm daily, with flexible drop-off and pick-up available from 9:45–3:15 PM.

    AROUND THE WORLD (SOUTH AMERICA) SUMMER CAMP – 7/27-7/31 (ages 8 – 14)

    Pack your bags and grab an apron! In this hands-on culinary camp, young chefs will travel around South America—one country at a time—through food. Each day, campers will explore the flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques of a different South American country while cooking snacks, a full lunch, and dessert from scratch in a professional kitchen.

    Throughout the week, kids will build real culinary skills like knife safety, protein handling, dough mixing, pan cooking, seasoning, and plating. Menus may include dishes like Peruvian chicken stews, Brazilian comfort foods, Argentine empanadas, Colombian arepas, and Chilean casseroles, along with classic desserts from each region. Every dish is prepared hands-on—campers cook what they eat! While spending most of the day hands-on in the kitchen, we’ll balance cooking time with breaks outside for snacks and lunch to keep everyone energized.

    This camp is perfect for kids who love to cook, try new foods, and explore the world through flavor. By the end of the week, campers will leave more confident in the kitchen, excited about global cuisine, and inspired to keep cooking at home.

    This class runs daily from July 27th-31st 10am-3pm daily, with flexible drop-off and pick-up available from 9:45–3:15 PM.
