AROUND THE WORLD HOLIDAY INTENSIVE – AGES 10-16 (DROP OFF)

Overview:

Pack your (imaginary) passport and join us for a festive hands-on cooking adventure! In this special holiday class, kids will travel the globe through food—learning how different cultures celebrate the season with delicious dishes.

From making vegetarian and chicken tamales completely from scratch to blending up fresh salsas full of flavor, young chefs will explore the tastes and techniques of Latin America. They'll also whip up a creamy, coconutty Coquito (non-alcoholic!) and a sweet, layered Brazilian Pavê for dessert.

Kids will chop, mix, and roll their way through this delicious celebration—and of course, enjoy the fruits (and tamales!) of their labor at the end.

This class is drop off.
