Overview:
In this class you will learn about bonbon making and tempering. You will work with fresh cream ganaches, make hand dipped bonbons and have fun decorating them with a number of professional techniques. In time for the holidays you will be able to create beautifully handrafted chocolates. Whatever you will not eat during the class you will be able to take home and share with your family and friends. You will use only high quality French dark chocolate and fresh ingredients. Some of the ganaches you will taste are dark chocolate and ginger, cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla and other fall flavors.
