Learn with us, on how the pros do it and take these great techniques home. Never over cook delicate items ever again.. Perfect fish, vegetables and eggs every time that will accompany and complete any composed dish. We will be using the in home Sous Vide machine created by Chef Steps called the Joule. It is bluetooth enabled and will make cooking at home Sous Vide approachable and easy!
