VIRTUAL COOKING CLASS – HANDMADE PASTA (SERVES 2-3 PEOPLE)

Overview:

Join us for the Hudson Table live virtual cooking class experience. For this class, you will join your Chef Instructor for a virtual cooking class (hosted via Zoom), which includes about 90 minutes of interactive instruction and Q&A. The price includes all ingredients measured and packed up that you'll need outside of salt, pepper and oil. We also are offering a few options for a pasta roller that you'll need to choose from the drop down.

Your virtual class includes:

  1. Specific step-by-step instruction from your Chef Instructor, who will be fielding questions as needed.
  2. Instructions to join the online Zoom Meeting.
  3. Recipes for your menu.
  4. Menus are priced to serve 2-3 people.
  5. Please note that certain items will be prepared in advance to ensure a seamless virtual cooking class experience (noted on the menu)

Menu:

  • Quick Focaccia with Rosemary, Parmesan and Sea Salt
  • Fresh Pappardelle
  • Bolognese Sauce
  • Apple Crumble

Please note you’ll need a pasta roller to participate in this virtual class. We provide pasta rollers for purchase or to rent. If you rent the pasta roller, you will pay $50 and be refunded $40 after the pasta roller is returned within 72 hours of the end of the class date. If you’d like to purchase the pasta roller, it will be $45.
