Overview:

Birch House has partnered with Hudson Table to offer residents a chef-prepared breakfast in the resident kitchen. Simply reserve your time slot ahead of time directly through Hudson Table's website and then head down to the resident kitchen to watch local chefs prepare and package your dish!

This breakfast will be from 10am to 12pm and consist of omelettes made to order with your choice of up to 5 ingredients. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast with others in the resident kitchen, or have your dish packaged to bring back to your apartment.
