MEATLESS MEXICAN – HANDS ON
- Date:Saturday, April 10, 2021 - 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Featured Chef: David Maihle
Overview:
Mexican food doesn’t revolve around steak, but it does around tortillas! Come learn to make this staple food by hand, and fill them with an assortment of fresh veggies (and fruit)! Horchata, a classic drink, will be revamped for you to sip as you cook a new kind of Mexican. This class is Vegan and delicious! Our classes are operating at reduced capacity with all dining tables being spaced at least 6 feet apart. Partitions and dividers may be used as needed. If weather permits, we will offer tables outside for the seated dining portion of the event. The class will be broken up into tables of up to 4 guests. The minimum party size is 2 at this time. Guests who sign up separately in groups smaller than 4 will work together while wearing masks during the prep and cooking portion of the class, but will be seated at separate tables for the dining portion of the event. Guests who would like to ensure their own private prep table must book 4 seats. Please email us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding group sizes. Due to the current public health environment and COVID-19, mask wearing throughout the class will be strictly enforced. All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and receive a written form for contact tracing purposes. In order to participate in the class/event, all guests must register below CDC temperature guidelines and answer "No" to all of the written questions related to recent travel and symptoms related to COVID-19.
