    This camp will teach kids culinary techniques like sauteeing, sauce making, pasta making, and some baking basics. Structured like a mini culinary school, chefs will be in charge of their station and come away with a new understanding of how a kitchen runs. Kids will make 4-5 dishes each day including snack and dessert. There will be mini competitions scattered throughout the week to keep them on their toes and let those creative imaginations run wild. Kids will cook for the majority of the day with breaks outside for snack and lunch. Class will run July 8th-12th from 10 am to 3 pm daily. We'll have flexible drop off and pickup to extend the day from 9:30-3:30pm if needed. All food is included.     Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch two chefs face off in a 3 course battle, "Iron Chef" style. We will provide some light snacks upon arrival then watch as each chef will receive mystery ingredients and be faced the task of creating an appetizer, a main course and a dessert using each of the ingredients. You will get a first hand look at every step and then you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. You will get a plate of each chef's 3 courses as well! There will be limited counter seating as well as 2nd-row seating available. This competition will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else! Our beverage menu which includes wine, beer and single serving cocktails is available throughout the event for purchase.
