Join us for a hands-on, edge-sharpened experience as Hudson Table Brooklyn partners with Greenpoint Knives for a special Knife Skills Workshop celebrating craftsmanship, precision, and technique.

In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to handle, care for, and master your most essential kitchen tools — your knives. Our chef instructor will guide you through fundamental cuts, knife safety, and efficient prep techniques, while the experts from Greenpoint Knives share insight into blade maintenance, sharpening, and knife design
