FALL AFTER SCHOOL SERIES: FAMOUS RESTAURANTS & CHEFS (DROP OFF) (Mondays – 12 classes) – (ages 8 – 14)

Overview:

Join us for this series where we'll be exploring famous restaurants and famous chefs dishes.   We'll be making food inspired by Katz' Deli, Peter Luger, Magnolia Bakery and more!  Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics. Kids will help choose their favorites towards the end of the series. Kids will prepare a meal and take their food home with them. Class is drop off. **Pickup at Brooklyn Arbor available** DATES: Mondays (September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 21, 28, November 4, 18, 25 December 2 & 9th) **No class October 14th & November 11th** **If you're signing up more than one child, please sign up each child individually**
