If so, join us for this class celebrating the beautiful city of Bologna by making the infamous "Ravioli di Uova" - the pillowy egg yolk filled ricotta ravioli. We will round out the meal with platters of pork 'bolognese' meatballs and Parmigiano polenta, and finish with sticky sweet balsamic roasted strawberries over creamy gelato. ***Please note that this class is technique-driven and has a high degree of difficulty. It is an advanced class recommended for guests who cook at home a few times per week.**
