Overview:

I'll have a bunch of heavy apps made with my team there cooking. I will make sure to have most dietary restrictions covered (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian) and we will have alcohol included (mainly beer, wine and single batched cocktails). The price of the ticket is really just meant to cover my staff but everything is included (food and drink). If you can't come at 6:30 feel free to pop in whenever is convenient. We only have room for about 50-60 so I'm going to keep it to just our cohort and staff. John McNulty will be inviting everyone to Thief after which is a short walk away as well so hopefully everyone can join in as we both would love to have you all see our businesses!

Menu:

  • Gambas al Ajo Blanco - Smoked Pimenton marinated shrimp (tail off) on 4" knot skewers, set atop white garlic almond sauce, garnished with chili crisp & chive oil drizzle
  • Pan Seared Scallops - Preserved lemon, Ramps, Jalapeño, Chive, Brown butter
  • Marinated Mussels & Pan con Tomate - shelled mussels marinated in citrus zest and evoo, hand crushed tomatoes, buttered and toasted baguette
  • Tuna Tartare - dressed with aged soy kombu vinegar, aleppo pepper, fish sauce, chives, pickled mustard seeds, ochazuke wakame furikake, lemon zest served on blue corn tortilla rounds
  • "Cubuns" - Bao Buns, Criollo style Pork Belly cooked via Sous Vide, boars head ham, dijon mustard, bread & butter pickled, swiss cheese fondue
  • Crispy Cauliflower - blanched, marinated in buttermilk, tossed in cornstarch/rice flour dredge, served with Creamy Garlic Aioli
  • Chickpea & Tomato stew, shredded kale, cumin
  • Imported Italian Smoked Burrata - English pea and mint puree, aged balsamic, maldon salt
  • Blistered Shishitos - Soy Lime Glaze, Black Hawaiian Salt
  • Charred Asparagus - shiro miso dressing, ramp leaves, crispy shallots, nori
  • Desert Spread
