Class Description: In this immersive culinary camp, kids will step into the role of chefs and restaurateurs as they create their very own Italian restaurant from the ground up. Throughout the week, campers will learn the fundamentals of Italian cooking—fresh pasta, classic sauces, doughs, and traditional techniques—while building essential kitchen skills like knife work, teamwork, and time management.
