Class Description: This camp will teach kids how to make a delicious brunch and by Friday create their own brunch restaurant for their family. For the first half of the week, they'll learn baking and cooking skills by making things like bagels, crepes, poached eggs, and smoothie bowls. Throughout the week they'll create their own brunch restaurant with their own menu design and being creative by customizing dishes to serve to guests. On Friday, we'll invite relatives or friends (up to 2 per child) to their restaurant where kids will serve up 3 dishes.
