Please join us for a unique dining and cocktail experience, as Chef Ian creates and finishes 5 delicious courses in front of you in our beautiful open kitchen. There will be 5 cocktails featured as a bridge pairing between courses courtesy of Kings County Distillery; all a modern riff on the classics!   • Duck Confit Eggrolls - yellow endive, 5 spice, oregano, sweet a’lorange sauce, chicken stock, fresh squeezed orange juice, orange marmalade, grand marnier
  • Butternut Squash Bisque - maple syrup, garam masala, manchego, parsley sage rosemary & thyme chili crisp, pumpkin oil
  • Red Snapper “Bahn-Mi” - crouton crusted red snapper filet, vietnamese pork shoulder sausage crumble, pickled daikon & carrots, ginger, yellow onion, fish sauce, pickled thai chili, mint, thai basil, micro cilantro
  • Fresh Pappardelle - short rib sugo, sautéed king trumpet mushrooms, brandy celeriac cream sauce, garlic, chives, shallots, parmesan
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding - butterscotch sauce, anisette chantilly
