TEEN AROUND NORTH AMERICA AFTER SCHOOL: MONTREAL – (ages 12 – 16)

Overview:

We'll be making food inspired by Montreal!  Kids will make their own mini meat pies and strawberry crepes with chocolate sauce.  They'll learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of the class with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics. Kids will prepare a meal and either eat it outside or take their food home with them. Class is drop off.
