Please note once paid, we have a $750 fee that is non-refundable and non-transferable. We will be reserving the space for your event and turning away other events and business. We do this to protect the business.

Rental: $6,500
Refundable Security Deposit: $750 paid with the final balance and refunded upon rental completion as long as the space is left as you found it with no damages.
Rental 12/19, 12/20 and 12/21 out by 3 pm
