Please note once paid, this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. We will be reserving the space for your event and turning away other events and business. We do this to protect the business.

 

Rental is $1400 ($600 deposit due now) + $10 pp corkage fee and 18% gratuity

 

$500 security deposit will be taken with the balance due, 7 days before your rental, which will be refunded assuming no damages, the space is clean and you leave on time.
