Overview:

Join us for this multi course dinner courtesy of Chef Gabe. Apps will be served buffet style outdoors (pending weather) followed by a plated 3 course dinner indoors. All of the cooking will be done live for you and your guests to enjoy the show. Wine, beer and single batched cocktails will be for sale night of to pair nicely with the dinner!

  • Wood Fired Focaccia - cured zucchini, herb whipped ricotta, sea salt
  • Watermelon Salad - dijon vinaigrette, fetta, basil, sesame gomoshio
  • Corn Cake - street corn salad, chili, lime, sour cream
  • Grilled Peaches & Chorizo - labne, cardamom honey, mint (plated)
  • Roasted Chicken Breast - sweet pea pure, potato confit, charred onion, thyme reduction (plated)
  • Clafoutis - cherry, pistachio, roasted white chocolate (plated)
