Overview:
Step into the kitchen and cook like a pro! This culinary techniques sample day introduces young chefs to essential culinary techniques including sautéing, sauce-making, fresh pasta, and baking fundamentals. Designed like a mini culinary school, kids will work at their own chef station, learn proper kitchen flow, and gain real insight into how a professional kitchen operates.
Campers will create 6 Italian themed dishes from scratch—including a snack and dessert—while spending most of the day hands-on in the kitchen. We’ll balance cooking time with breaks outside for snacks and lunch to keep everyone energized. All ingredients and meals are included, and all camps are 100% nut-free.
Perfect for kids who love to cook, create, and get a true taste of life in the kitchen!
All food is included. Camp programming is 10-3pm (with flex drop off at 9:45am and flex pickup at 3:15pm)
