1 Cuvee della Contessa Prosecco – A clean (!) crisp (!) sparkler with bright fruit flavors and a dry finish. Vibrant acidity and minerals to balance each sip, giving way to ripe apples and hints of spice. A perfect aperitif and pairs well with oysters and other shellfish
2 Pomalo Debit Pet Nat [natural] – Pet Nat is made as an experiment in pre-traditional sparkling winemaking. Not modern or “traditional”, Pét Nat (pétillant naturel) wines are often called “ancestral”. Perhaps a happy accident, wine that is bottled before the completion of fermentation will continue to ferment in bottle, trapping the gas that makes the wine sparkle. So neat! This was the root of the traditional method used in Champagne. This Croatian bubbly is refreshing, fun, and zesty, perfect for any occasion. It is sure to delight your senses and a great way to try something new!
3 Cinino Pet Nat Rose [organic, biodynamic, natural] – Pet Nat (pétillant naturel) is a rustic, unpretentious sparkling wine meant to be enjoyed in its youth! Made using methode ancestrale, the wine is bottled before fermentation is complete, resulting in a gently sparkling wine. For this bottle, everything is done by hand from this tiny producer, with extreme dedication to the local land and local traditions, and all of the crops that they harvest are certified organic to give extra regimen to their close attention to detail. Bottled unfiltered, un-fined, and with no added sulphur. Bright red-berry fruit, zesty minerals, refreshing way to wet the whistle!
4 Geoffroy Premier Cru Champagne [practicing organic] – Expression is the premier cuvée of this excellent estate! It is a wine that shows beautiful ripe fruit aromas with floral nuances and flavors of pear, Meyer lemon, and toasted brioche, as well as ripe apple, peach and grapefruit zest in this firmly structured Champagne.

11 Domaine du Chapitre, Sauvignon Blanc [organic, natural] – This Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic with gorgeous punchy flavors of citrus and grapefruit, mouthfeel is full and yet fresh, nice and long finish showing a slight mineral quality. A sauvignon blanc that will make everyone happy! Bright and crisp, more please ..

14 Christina, Grüner Veltliner [organic, biodynamic, vegan, female winemaker] – Yum! This wine is made from 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes, Austria’s signature grape. It has bright notes of kiwi, honeydew, sweet peas, and yuzu citrus with a complex mineral finish and salinity. Intensive aromatic and fizzy acidity!
15 Broc Love, Vermentino, Picpoul, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Chenin Blanc [natural, organic] – easy-drinking, gorgeous white wine! Rhône inspired blend that is rooted in a pleasant complexity, light aromatics and uplifting body. This vintage is made up of mostly Picpoul and Vermentino. To complete the blend the winemakers added a little Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Chenin Blanc which added those lovely aromatics, a pleasant acidity and super clean balance. We can’t get enough of of this wine!
16 Schloss Lieser, Riesling Trocken [organic]: A touch of sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity. Approachable, it’s a versatile pairing for spicy cuisine, fish, or light poultry dishes. She’s fresh with mouthwatering minerality, and notes of grapefuit zest and green apple!
17 Mother Rock, Chenin Blanc [organic, natural] – If you haven’t had Chenin Blanc from South Africa, this is your chance; it is cutting edge Chenin at its finest. It’s edgy and brisk with a nose of cooking apples and wax. It has a long palate (it goes for days!) packed with confected sweet-shop fruit, pithy grapefruit peel and an unswerving grip. The bush vine vineyard was planted in 1984, and has been dry farmed since its planting, all hand harvested and whole bunch pressed for an unbelievable example of pure Chenin Blanc.
18 Fossil & Fawn, Chardonnay [natural]- Straight from the Willamette Valley, these incredible winemakers work with old-vine Chardonnay that retains downright nervy acidity even through barrel aging in a combination of older French oak and newer Oregon oak. The wine is rich without being blousy, like fresh brioche topped with honeycomb spiked with slivers of preserved lemon. Gorgeous bottle!
Moscato d’Asti La Spinetta – sweet wine that can be enjoyed as a dessert wine or a sweet sipping wine. Delicate and fragrant like the flower from which it takes its name (elderflower), the Moscato shows hints of citrus and white flowers, and has delicious minerality.

20 Bieler Pere & Fils Sabine Rosé – lovely nose of peach, white cherry and wild raspberry that are balanced by summer flowers, white tea and Provence herbs. These delicate flavors carry through to a creamy yet lifted palate that’s interwoven with rose petal and wet stones.
23 Day Wines Lemonade Rosé, Pinot Noir & Gamay [organic, biodynamic, female winemaker] – Berries and citrus dominate with ripe raspberry, juicy grapefruit, pink apple, Meyer lemon, wet stones and lifted floral aromatics. Lemonade is the perfect name for this crushable and crisp, bright and juicy, SUPER delicious Willamette Valley rosé.
ORANGE
24 Vin de Days L’Orange, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris [organic, natural] – a super fun expression of these varietals and their personalities when made with skin contact! Expressive tropical notes of starfruit, guava, and mango shine through. This wine is dry, lively and fresh with playful tannins on the palate, the citrus notes are reflected along with a lot of fresh umami character. The fruit profile evolves in the glass, becoming more lush and juicy as the wine opens up, and the finish remains vibrant and crisp!
25 Bojo do Luar Doralice, Loureiro [organic, natural, vegan] – What we like to call a more gentle type of orange wine meaning that the tannins are subtle, the color less in the amber direction and the palate is fresh! Expect notes of tropical fruit, ripe melon, and citrus peel, with a light tannic structure on the finish. A really fun and great way to enter the world of orange wine!
26 Cantina Furlani Altopiano, Muller Thurgau [natural, organic, biodynamic] – Where do we start? This is such a fun, delicious, peachy, lemony, rose petaly, and limey skin contact wine! Delicately light-bodied, but something to talk about because it’s rustic in profile and yet a geeky golden goddess (the color of sunset!). A whiff of funkiness on the nose becomes clementine juice, grapefruit zest, bruised apple & orange blossom, textured & fresh like a mountain breeze.
RED
30 Prisma, Pinot Noir [sustainable] – Farmed from a single vineyard in the Casablanca Valley, this wine shows bright red fruit notes of strawberry and cherry with an underlying hint of spice, which leads to a smooth, velvety finish. A light, beautiful wine that is super fresh and vibrant!
31 Altos Las Hormigas, Malbec [organic] – A fantastic example of Malbec, with a ruby red color and violet hues. On the nose, there are notes of red fruits, especially cherries as well as lavender, thyme and green pepper. On the palate, you can feel the energy and texture. Beautifully structured wine, with limestone tannins and a long finish. Ideal to pair with roasted red meats and spicy dishes!
32 Mas de Gourgonnier, Les Baux de Provence [organic]: The blend is comprised of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Carignan. Aromatically, background notes of cherry compote, plum and hints of violets. Super bright acidicity that lifts the wine with a spicy and herbal finish make this an ideal dance partner for red meats, stews or root vegetables.
33 Fraga do Corvo, Menica [natural] – Wowza, this wine is a mix of earth and fruit that showcases ripe red and black fruits like bing cherry, raspberry, black raspberry, and blackberry meeting dark floral notes and a hint of earthiness. Well balanced by subtle spice and rocky minerality. This wine boasts a well-structured body, balanced acidity, and smooth tannins, leading to a lingering, elegant finish. A juicy attack with wild red fruit!
35 Christina, Zweigelt [natural, female winemaker] – A deep purple natural wine with a great balance of dark fruit aromas, hints of spice, tannins, and great acidity. If you like gamay, malbec, zinfandel and pinot noir, you should definitely give this Austrian wine a try. Fresh cherries and a juicy palate!
36 Giacomo Mori, Chianti [organic] – This Chianti is fabulous! Bright, punchy and full of Sangiovese character, this wine pulses with energy from start to finish. Lively acids perk up a core of crushed red berry and floral flavors. Classic Chianti.
37 Craven Cinsaut [natural]: Incredible small South African producer with a very low intervention approach. Aromas of delicate cranberry, pomegranate, a touch of rhubarb and bay leaf, hello FALL. Flavors that follow are red berries, black currants, rooibos tea and a hint of white pepper. Unbelievable lighter bodied option for guests who are looking to try something new!
38 Land of Saints, Cabernet Sauvignon [organic & female winemaker] – This bold and balanced wine has flavors of oak, dark berries, plum, dark chocolate and notes of pepper with hints of raspberry and graphite. Pairs well with beef, lamb, and poultry.
39 Deep Blue, Pinot Noir [organic, biodynamic, female winemaker] – The vineyards and barrels selected were chosen for their deeper, blue and black fruit attributes, as well as their lush and silky textures. Think; blueberry pie with baking spices, unsweetened cocoa powder, dark cherry, black raspberries, and summer in a conifer forest. Oh yes! This is a spectacular small production pinot noir from Oregon that has an added bonus: a portion of Deep Blue’s profits go to organizations that promote ocean restoration and cleanup.
40 Azelia Langhe Nebbiolo: A true Nebbiolo! Brilliant and lively color, violet aromas, juicy, with yummy notes of cherry, strawberry and currant. Touches of raspberry and zesty acidity! All of the fruit comes from Barolo vineyards in Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d’Alba
