In this immersive culinary camp, kids will step into the role of chefs and restaurateurs as they create their very own Italian restaurant from the ground up. Throughout the week, campers will learn the fundamentals of Italian cooking—fresh pasta, classic sauces, doughs, and traditional techniques—while building essential kitchen skills like knife work, teamwork, and time management.
Each day, young chefs will prepare Italian-inspired dishes for lunch and practice plating and presentation, just like in a real restaurant. Along the way, they’ll learn about Italian ingredients, regional flavors, and what it takes to run a successful kitchen.
The week culminates in a special Friday restaurant lunch, where relatives or friends (up to 2 per child) are invited to dine as guests and enjoy a meal entirely prepared by the kids. From cooking to serving, campers will proudly showcase everything they’ve learned in this fun, hands-on finale.
Class will run July 27th-31st from 10 am to 3 pm daily, with flexible drop-off and pick-up available from
9:45–3:15 PM.
