Each chef will have time to plan out a 3 course menu with a theme in mind. They'll be able to arrive up to 3 hours ahead of the event night of to start prep. Each course will have a time limit and you will be voting as the night progresses to see which chef wins the first place prize. For this special evening, each chef will also be tasked with pairing each of their dishes with a drink (beer, wine, or cocktail) and you'll be tasked with voting on the best drink pairing as well (drink pairing included in the price).
