Overview:
Turn your weekend brunch into an interactive experience with someone special. Our brunch class hits all the right notes with a savory duck confit with bitter greens, our decadent créme brûlée french toast, buttery popovers with compound butter, and your classic hash browns. We'll demystify the poached egg and cover lots of technique. Mimosas optional! Classes will be reduced capacity with all tables being 6' apart. All guests will be required to wear masks until ready for dining. If the weather permits, we will have tables outside for that portion of the evening. We are offering two options - buying 2 seats to join another party of 2 where you will cook together but dine separately with separate platters or option 2 which is buying out the entire table for up to 4 people. Due to the current public health environment and COVID-19, mask wearing throughout the class will be strictly enforced. All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and be asked a few questions. In order to participate in the class/event, all guests must register below CDC temperature guidelines and also answer NO to all of questions below or they will be turned away:
