Calling all single ladies: cook your way through Hudson Table's hit menu "A Night in Italy" alongside a lineup of Hoboken's finest bachelors.  In this speed dating style event, for each dish on the menu the bachelors will rotate around the room so you can flex your culinary muscles and get to know one another.  Then you'll gather around our communal table and enjoy the meal you created.

Whether the stars align or not, there's always pasta.
