Join us for a classic take on today's popular Surf and Turf.  We will start out by showing you how to poach a lobster tail, then take you through the process of getting a nice sear on a juicy New York strip and finish off by lighting up the stage with our bananas foster flambé!  A little asparagus and some raffle mashed potatoes never hurt anyone either...
