Overview:
This camp will focus on ingredients we use in the kitchen. Campers will come away with knowledge about different fruits and vegetables, herbs, spices, and fish/seafood. They will learn some knife skills as well as other basic cooking techniques that they can use at home. The camp will culminate with a mini chef’s table, where parents and caretakers will be able to see all the work that their children have put in during this week. Classes will take place July 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th from 10 am to 1 pm daily. Recommended ages 4 to 8 years old.
