Izakaya translates to "stay drink place." Inspired by the ubiquitous Japanese gastropubs, in this class, you will learn to prepare various dishes to be shared with a group and best enjoyed alongside your beverage of choice! As diverse as a typical izakaya menu, this class touches on a wide array of cooking techniques - grilling, simmering, frying, sautéing, and sauce-making. We are BYOB and definitely recommend a pairing of beer, sake, or shochu for this menu!
