Overview:
Strands, tubes, ribbons, stuffed, or dumpling-style. Dive in deep in this workshop where you’ll learn the ins and outs of creating the perfect fresh pasta. You will learn the end-to-end process from kneading basic doughs, to rolling out sheets of golden dough, to cutting a variety of shapes, each demonstrating a different technique. This workshop-style class will send each student home with a batch of each shape of pasta to cook at home.
Please note that there will be light snacks provided, all pasta will be packaged after the class to be taken home.
