Experience Hudson Table's take on the traditional Feast of the 7 Fishes! Sit around our open kitchen counter as Chef Brian Bennett prepares 8 dishes for you to enjoy, along with some beautifully paired wines.

All of our fish will be provided by Jersey City Fish Stand, located at 508 Jersey Ave, Jersey City, NJ.

Course 1 - Smoked White Fish Dip w/ Salsa Verde, Course 2 - Charred Octopus Bruschetta, Fennel, Olive, Chili
Course 3 - Grilled and Chilled Shrimp Salad,Escarole, Cannellini, Cherry Pepper, & Orange, Course 4 - Crabcake, Urfa Basil Aioli, Turnips, Radish, Arugula
Course 5- Scallop with Corn Puree, Pepperoni, 3 Pepper Rouille, & Corn Dust
