Overview:

Come experience our take on this tradition with our chef plating 8 (that's right 8!) different dishes for you.  Sit back, relax and enjoy as she finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine around our gorgeous kitchen counter. We will also be pairing several of the dishes (6 to 7 total pairings) with a glass of wine for you to enjoy! All of our fish will be provided by Jersey City Fish Stand, located at 508 Jersey Ave, Jersey City, NJ.

  • Course 1 - Raw Oyster with Blood Orange, Course 2 - Salmon Rilette with Oregano
  • Course 3 - Lobster Bisque Shooter, Course 4 - Black Pepper Linguine with Clams
  • Course 5- Spaghetti with Mussels and Tomato
  • Course 6 - Salted Cod with Capers,
  • Course 7 - Shrimp Marsala
  • Course 8 - Cannoli with Orange and Chocolate
