Overview:

Due to the high demand for this event, we are opening up a 2nd row of seating. You'll have all 8 courses served the same as the guests around the counter but for a discount, you'll just be one row back (you won't have a first hand view) but all of the food/wine will be identical!

Experience Hudson Table's take on the traditional Feast of the 7 Fishes!  Sit around our open kitchen counter as Chef Brian Bennett prepares 8 dishes for you to enjoy, along with some beautifully paired wines.

All of our fish will be provided by Jersey City Fish Stand, located at 508 Jersey Ave, Jersey City, NJ.

  • Course 1 - Smoked White Fish Dip w/ Salsa Verde, Course 2 - Charred Octopus Bruschetta, Fennel, Olive, Chili
  • Course 3 - Grilled and Chilled Shrimp Salad,Escarole, Cannellini, Cherry Pepper, & Orange, Course 4 - Crabcake, Urfa Basil Aioli, Turnips, Radish, Arugula
  • Course 5- Scallop with Corn Puree, Pepperoni, 3 Pepper Rouille, & Corn Dust
  • Course 6 - Clam Bake with Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic, Cotechino, & White Wine
  • Course 7 - Yellow Tail Snapper, Horseradish Potatoes, Parsnip, & Celery Root Pear Puree
