Overview:

Join Hudson Table's Brunch Club for an epic culinary experience in our open kitchen.  Sit back and relax as Chef Kelly and her team whip together a series of dishes to order.  Select an option from each section of the menu (starters and mains) and enjoy a selection of shareable items for the table.  Bring your own libations for an easy and relaxed morning.

Also, to share for each table: Potato Hash, Caramelized onion, Asparagus, Lemon, Parmesan Maple Bacon, Breakfast Sausage

Menu:

  • Starter 1) Fried burrata, pomodoro, focaccia
  • or Starter 2) Brioche, avocado, frisée, lardons, sunny egg, espelette
  • Main 1) Challah French toast, bananas, berries, mascarpone, salted caramel butter, whipped cream
  • Main 2) Fennel braised pork, broccoli rabe, poached egg
  • or Main 3) Open faced chicken sandwich, special sauce, slaw, hot honey
  • For the table: Potato hash, caramelized onion, asparagus, lemon, Parmesan Maple Bacon Breakfast Sausage
