FALL SERIES: TOUR AROUND NYC NEIGHBORHOODS – (ages 4-7) (DECEMBER 1, 8, 15)

Overview:
Join us as each week we tour a new neighborhood in NYC while we cook and taste their foods. We'll make it to Little Italy for delicious tomato focaccia, enjoy some dumplings from Chinatown, and try our hand at making cheesy empanadas from Spanish Harlem. Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these weeks with knife skills (with child friendly knives) and baking basics. Kids will prepare a main dish and side dish each class and eat together. Class is drop off.
DATES: Tuesdays (3:45 - 5pm), December 1st, 8th, 15th
Here are some of the COVID precautions we’re taking in the space:
– Class sizes of 10 (max) with 2 instructors per space
– Social distancing whenever possible
– Masks worn indoors (can be provided) and gloves worn when necessary
– Frequent and regular handwashing with hand sanitizer prevalent in the space
– Temperature checks before entering the space
– Outside only drop off & pickup: Only students allowed inside
– Eating outside (weather dependent)
