Overview:

Our Night Out classes are special cooking classes where most of the prep-work is done for you (Wahoo! no need to measure out every little ingredient) You still have to do some cooking though, but these classes are meant to be like interactive dinners where you are doing a little bit of grilling, a little bit of dredging….. little bits that end in a whole lot of fun.

In this couple’s class you will shuck and prepare oysters with Champagne Mignonette and sear Beef Wellington to perfection. Then sit down together to enjoy your delicious meal. End the night on a sweet note with a decadent chocolate cake.
