COUPLES NIGHT OUT: COCKTAIL PARTY AND COOKING WITH BRIAN BENNETT

Overview:

Bring your loved one to this fun night out and meet some other couples as you watch our chef Brian Bennett cook up 7 to 8 various mini dishes throughout the night to be served at our counter freestyle. We will call up volunteers for one of the dishes to help finish off some of the dishes as well! In addition, Lauber Selections - the fine wine division of Fedway will be there with a wine tasting for you to enjoy!

Menu:

  • Salt cod croquette w/ sauce grabice
  • White bean dip with salsa verde and crudités
  • Cucumber cups w/ tomato relish, roasted peppers, shallot, jalapeño and tarragon
  • Butternut squash w/ maple ricotta and pumpkin seeds
  • Tuna tartare w/ house made salt and vinegar chips
  • Roasted Pork Ribs w/ apple radish slaw
