Overview:

Join Hudson Table's Brunch Club for a epic culinary experience in our open kitchen.  Watch as Chef Gene and his team whip together a series of dishes to order.  Select an option from each section of the menu (starters and mains) and enjoy a selection of shareable items for the table.  Bring your own libations for an easy Sunday morning.

*Note: We will reach out to request your menu selections one week prior to the Brunch Club.

Menu:

  • Starters: Escarole Salad with Honey Crisp Apples, Pecorino, Rosemary-Walnut Oil or Avocado Toast with House Cured Gravlax, Tomato, Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette
  • Mains: 1) Brioche French Toast-Roasted Apples 2) Toasted Almond Brittle Pumpkin Spice Pancakes-Honey Butter, Bourbon Vanilla Maple Syrup 3) Duck Confit Hash with Root Vegetables, Sunny Side Up Egg 4) Omelette with Wild Mushrooms, Goat Cheese, Frisee Salad
  • To Share: Thick Cut Bacon, Wilted Spinach, Home Fries with Peppers and Onion
