  • Amuse - Strawberry and Watermelon Gazpacho
  • Egg Royale: Crispy Poached Egg with Smoked Salmon or Ham, English Muffin, and Hollandaise Sauce
  • Roasted Summer Mushroom Salad with summer farmer market greens, sourdough croutons, summer truffle vinaigrette
  • Cajun Spiced Crispy Chicken with Cheddar Biscuit, yuzu coleslaw, and scotch bonnet sauce
  • Cinnamon spiced brioche french toast with white chocolate ganache and summer berries
